You’ve got mail
Letters will be available for collection at the front desk. Parcels will be placed in one of our parcel lockers – turn right behind the front desk and you will see them.
Collecting parcels is super-easy!
How? You will be sent an SMS or email notification with a one-time access code. When you’re ready to collect, head to the parcel lockers behind the front desk on the ground floor and follow these steps:
- Go to the parcel locker kiosk and select “COLLECT A PARCEL”
- Type the one-time access code into the kiosk
- When the locker opens, grab your parcel and close the door.
Do we have your current mobile number? If you haven’t updated your number with us, please come see us at the front desk so we can make sure you get notifications.
