As you prepare for your next adventure, we’ve put together a check-out checklist and all the important information you need to make your departure process as smooth as possible.

Check out time
Your check-out time is 10am.
Settle your account
Check for any outstanding charges on your account such as break fees or rent.
Belongings and keys
Ensure all your belongings are removed from your room and return your access card.
Iglu appliances
Leave behind any appliances provided to you at check-in.
Mail and parcels
Collect your mail and parcels and update your forwarding address.
Your bond money
Convert your bond to online and keep your Australian bank account active until you receive your refund.
