Now that our apartment renovations are complete, we are kicking off our communal area upgrades.
This page is the best place to get up to date info on what’s happening.
What’s changing?
We are upgrading the following spaces:
- Flexi Study Spaces on levels:
- 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14
- Level 1 Study Rooms
- Level 1 Media Room
When will it happen?
Dates
2 March to 1 May 2026
Renovation Work Hours
7.30am–5pm, Monday to Friday (and some Saturdays)
Noisy Work
We will provide details of times when noisy works will be carried out.
How will this affect you?
Flexi Study Spaces: These will be unavailable from 2 March 2026 and will re-open on 3 April 2026.
Level 1: The following spaces will be unavailable from 7 April 2026 until 1 May 2026*:
- Level 1 Study Rooms
- Level 1 Media Room
- Level 1 Study Area (at the top of the stairs)
* We will provide an updated date here if required
Other notes
- Level 13 Kitchens & Terraces – both are available
- Lift Access – One lift will be out of service each work day from 7:30am to 5pm
